1. What we collect
When you book a transfer we collect only what we need to provide the ride: your name (optional), phone or WhatsApp number, destination, and travel date. If you leave a review, we store the name and text you submit.
2. How we use it
Your contact details are used solely to confirm and carry out your booking — we message or call you about your pickup and nothing else. We do not send marketing messages, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Where it is stored
Booking requests are stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) on servers in the EU. WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
We keep booking records only as long as needed to operate the service and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
5. Cookies & analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or trackers. It only uses what is technically necessary to function.
