1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we reply to your request by WhatsApp, phone, or email and agree on the route, date, and price. The price we confirm is final — there are no hidden fees, night surcharges, or luggage charges.
2. Cancellations & changes
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pickup time. To change the date, time, or destination, message us on WhatsApp — we will accommodate changes whenever possible.
If your flight is delayed, we track it and adjust the pickup time at no extra cost.
3. Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver in cash (GEL, EUR, or USD by prior agreement) unless another method has been agreed in advance.
4. Passengers & luggage
Please tell us the number of passengers and large luggage items when booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle. Child seats are available on request.
Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle. The driver may refuse carriage to passengers whose behavior endangers safety.
5. Liability
Our vehicles are licensed and insured under Georgian law. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, border queues, or other circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to get you there on time.
